Short version: we don't track children, we don't sell data, and the box in your child's hands stays offline. The longer version is below โ in plain English.
Last updated: 2026. This is a pre-launch summary of how we handle information. A full legal policy will accompany the product at launch.
Right now, before launch, the only thing we ask for is an email address (and optionally your first name) so we can tell you when WonderBox is ready. When you submit that form we also record:
We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.
Only to contact you about WonderBox: a note when we launch, early-access details, and the occasional gentle update. That's it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and one click removes you completely.
Nobody, for advertising or profit โ ever. We may use a reputable email-delivery service purely to send the launch emails you asked for, and trusted hosting to keep this site online. These providers process data only on our instructions and never receive your information to use for their own purposes.
When WonderBox launches, the parent account you create will hold your login and the catalogue of content you approve. The child's device only ever holds the content you loaded onto it โ no analytics about your child, no usage reporting, no advertising. Family voice recordings (like a grandparent's bedtime story) are shared only between the family members you invite.
Sign-up data is stored on secured servers, passwords are always stored salted and hashed (never in plain text), and connections to our services use encryption in transit. We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it.
This website and the pre-registration list are intended for parents and guardians, not children. WonderBox is built specifically so that a child using the device generates no personal data for us at all.
Questions about privacy? Pre-register and reply to our first email, or reach out through the address we publish at launch. A real person will answer.
